Charlotte Community Cooperative is hosted on a beautiful 7.5-acre property in Port Charlotte, FL that offers a truly unique learning environment. With access to a food forest, community garden, sensory garden, and food pantry, students are able to learn through hands-on, real-world experiences that extend far beyond the classroom.

Our main building features a large, upgraded kitchen, along with a spacious sanctuary equipped with AV and media capabilities and several additional flexible learning spaces.

This blend of indoor and outdoor areas allows us to create creative, engaging learning experiences that encourage exploration, curiosity, and connection—making the property an integral part of how learning comes to life at CCC.
